This presentation will introduce the varying definitions of PVL, and the issues and difficulties faced with its diagnosis in the Asian Region. The presence of clinically verrucous-looking lesions in PVL and non-PVL will be highlighted and discussed in relation to the histopathological diagnosis and prognostic interpretations.
