Choosing The Winner
- A combination of expert opinion and popularity will decide the winner.
- Three judges will assess each presentation, and their decision will carry a 50 % weight on the result.
- Audiences will vote for their favorite presentations through an online poll, and their choice will also carry 50% weightage on the results.
Rising Star- Guest lecture at IODCPC25
The Faculty Competition will be held once a quarter till March 2025, and the winner from each contest (3 in total) will have a final contest against each other for the prestigious Rising-Star Title and the opportunity to present a Guest lecture at our Flagship Annual Conference – the International Oral Diseases Case Presentation Conference 2025
Terms & Conditions
- Participants must adhere to the time limit; exceeding the time limit may result in disqualification.
- The decision of the judges and audience vote is final.
- Event Format: The Open Mic Contest will be online and live-streamed on our platform.
- Recording and Broadcast:
- The entire event, including all performances, will be recorded.
- The live stream and recordings may remain on our channel after the event.
- Use of Content:
- By participating, you agree that parts of your performance may be used for promotional purposes on our social media channels, correspondence, or website.
- Promotional use may include, but is not limited to, clips, images, and highlights from the event.
- Participant Consent:
- By entering the contest, you consent to the use of your performance as described above.
- You acknowledge that your participation in the event is voluntary and that you will not receive any compensation for using your performance in promotions.
- Privacy and Data Protection:
- Any personal information collected during the registration process will be used solely to administer the contest and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
- General:
- We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions anytime. Participants will be notified of any changes before the event.
- By participating in the Open Mic Contest, you agree to these terms and conditions.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Please prepare your presentation title, abstract/outline, and digital photo before completing the form. The payment will also be made using the same form.
- The live contest will be on Zoom, and the live stream will be on YouTube. Selected participants will receive a registration link via email upon successful selection.
- After registering with Zoom, you will receive your link and instructions on how to attend the event after one working day. If you do not receive the mail or have any other issues, please mail us at info@oralpathology360.com
- Viewers voting for the winner will watch the event on YouTube’s livestream.
