The live sessions are scheduled to accommodate participants from various time zones, allowing you to attend some sessions live, regardless of your location. However, we don’t expect anyone to attend all sessions live. Recordings will be available during and for 15 days after the conference. Choose the sessions where you’d like to interact live and watch the rest at your convenience as recordings.

FAQ- Abstract Submission

Anyone involved in oral and maxillofacial healthcare, dental surgery, radiology, medicine, pathology, and diagnostic sciences can submit an abstract. This includes:
Practitioners, students, researchers, and academics in Oral & Maxillofacial Pathology, Medicine, Radiology, Surgery, and related fields.
Dental & medical professionals working in head & neck disciplines.

You can submit an abstract under the following categories:
Single Case Reports: Rare, complex, or diagnostically/therapeutically challenging cases.
Case Series: A minimum of three cases with a common disease, exposure, treatment, or outcome.
Diagnostic Innovations Showcase: 5-minute presentations showcasing new technologies or techniques that enhance diagnosis or management.

IODCPC25 offers three presentation options:
Oral Presentations: 8-minute pre-recorded presentation, followed by a live discussion.
Poster Presentations: PDF poster + optional 3-minute live presentation.
Diagnostic Innovations Showcase: 5-minute pre-recorded video + live discussion.

All abstracts must be submitted online through the official IODCPC25 Abstract Submission Portal.
