In this presentation\, we introduce three patients with uncommon salivary gland neoplasms\, their diagnostic challenges for the pathologists\, the main differential diagnosis\, the therapeutic modalities\, and their follow-up.  \n\n\n\nObjectives:  \n\n\n\n\nBased on the clinical presentation\, discuss the most likely differential for the patients.\n\n\n\nDistinguish the pathologic features of these malignant tumors from the others\n\n\n\nExplain the application of routine immunomarkers for diagnosis\, prognostication\, and therapeutic follow-up.\n\n\n\nManaging salivary gland masses with unusual presentation
