Dr. Meghna V. Naik

Dr. Meghna V. Naik is an accomplished Oral and Maxillofacial Pathologist with a strong background in research, education, and clinical practice. She holds a BDS and MDS from Goa Dental College and Hospital, where she also served as a lecturer, training undergraduate and postgraduate students in oral pathology and public health dentistry.

Dr. Meghna has presented her work at international and national conferences, including the International Oral Disease Case Presentation Conference and the British Society for Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology Meet. Her research focuses on oral epithelial dysplasia, immunohistochemical markers, and oral submucous fibrosis, contributing valuable insights to the field.

A university topper in MDS Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology (2021), Dr. Meghna was also the winner of the Open Mic Faculty Contest 2024, earning her the opportunity to present this session. Her expertise in oral pathology and dedication to improving patient care make her a valuable voice in the discussion on palliative oncology and oral health management.
