Oral Epithelial Dysplasia – Interactive Slide Discussion with Experts

Join us for an engaging pre-conference session on the oral pathology track. This session will provide a deep dive into the complexities of Oral Epithelial Dysplasia (OED) through a dynamic, case-based discussion.

In this highly interactive session, six distinguished experts will analyze and discuss slide presentations of OED, offering their insights on histopathological interpretation, grading challenges, and clinical implications. Prof. Jos Hille, a globally respected Oral and maxillofacial/Head and neck Surgical Pathologist, will moderate the discussion, ensuring a structured and thought-provoking exchange of ideas.

How It Works:

✔️ Pre-Session Slide Review: Attendees will receive anonymized histopathology slides in advance, allowing them to evaluate the cases independently and formulate their diagnoses before the session.

✔️ Expert-Led Case Discussions: The session will begin with a case presentation by an invited expert, followed by detailed discussions with a panel of specialists.

✔️ Interactive Comparison & Debate: Attendees will have the unique opportunity to compare their assessments with those of leading experts, fostering critical thinking and a deeper understanding of diagnostic nuances.

✔️ Live Q&A and Open Discussion: Engage with the panel, ask questions, and gain clarity on challenging aspects of OED diagnosis and classification.

This session is an invaluable opportunity for oral pathologists, head and neck pathologists, students, and researchers to refine their diagnostic skills, exchange perspectives, and navigate the complexities of Oral Epithelial Dysplasia with world-renowned experts.
