Odontogenic Keratocysts: Insights and Advances from 25 Years of Experience

We are thrilled to announce our first-ever Oral Surgery session on the Oral Pathology 360 channel! This groundbreaking event marks the addition of oral surgery to our esteemed disciplines of oral medicine, oral pathology, and oral radiology.

About The Lecture

Join us for an enlightening livestream as we delve into the intricate world of odontogenic keratocysts (OKC). Renowned for their high recurrence rates, especially the parakeratinized variant, OKCs present unique challenges in oral pathology. In this special presentation, our esteemed speaker will share their long-term experience in managing OKC over the past 25 years, with a minimum follow-up of 5 years post-treatment.

The session will cover a range of treatment modalities, from minimally invasive to more radical surgeries. Despite their high recurrence rate, OKCs are benign lesions that often respond well to conservative procedures. Radical procedures should be reserved for cases with extensive tissue destruction or non-responsive lesions. This session is designed to provide valuable insights, breakthroughs, and evolving treatment methodologies for this challenging condition.

Whether you’re an oral pathologist, dental professional, or passionate learner, this presentation promises to enrich your understanding and enhance your practice. Don’t miss this historic session that expands our educational horizons!
