Prof. Lester D.R. Thompson is an internationally recognized leader in Head and Neck Pathology with over three decades of experience. Based in Woodland Hills, California, he leads Head and Neck Pathology Consultations and has authored more than 425 peer-reviewed publications and 12 books. As Founding Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Head and Neck Pathology journal and a contributor to the WHO Classification of Tumours series, his work has shaped modern diagnostic criteria and staging systems for head and neck, thyroid, salivary gland, and sinonasal tumors.
