Sometimes oral lesions present with unusual clinical findings and occur with complicated medical history and polypharmacy.

This presentation will discuss three cases with an unusual history and presentation.
This presentation will discuss
1) Description of the lesions, including clinical signs and symptoms
2) Radiographic features
3) Differential diagnosis, including prevalence
4) Dental management considering the medical history
5) Additional Lab studies
6) Management and prognosis

About the Speaker;

Dr. Narayana has been a professor in Oral pathology at UNMC, Department of Oral Biology, College of Dentistry since 2003. In addition to her training in India, Nagamani is dually trained in Oral Medicine and Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology from UMKC, School of Dentistry, Kansas City, and New York Hospital, Queens. She obtained her DMD from Temple University School of Dentistry. She is a diplomate of the American Academy of Oral Medicine and the American Academy of Oral Pathology. Presently Nagamani teaches Oral Pathology and Oral Medicine at the school; in addition, she sees patients in the University Dental Associates and is the director of the oral biopsy service of the UNMC College of Dentistry.
